ICC - Making of The ICC Anthem

The sound design and mix for this film documenting the creation of The ICC Anthem, composed by Lorne Balfe.


Recorded at Abbey Road Studios and first heard at the 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup in the West Indies and USA, the anthem was designed to evoke the sound of cricket, from leather on willow to the roar of the crowd. Balfe is a Grammy-winning composer whose credits include Top Gun: Maverick and Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning.
